If you see gift cards available on our site, you can purchase and receive them digitally by email. Otherwise, follow us for updates—digital gift cards are often part of our future plans and promotions.

Shipping and Ordering

How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping. During new drops or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer.

What are your shipping options?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you. Customs fees or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify or cancel orders that haven’t started processing or shipped yet.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review and work with you on a replacement or solution.
